   1.Nelli Mulli powder(Dried amla,gooseberry powder)

   2.Adhimadhuram powder(Liquorice powder)

   3.Karisalankanni powder(false daisy or Bhringaraj powder)

    All these ingredients are available in any Indian medicine store.

2.Take equal amount of these 3 powders,according to your hair

    length,mix it with water and make a nice paste.

3.Apply this paste,all over the scalp and on the hair.Cover with         

    shower cap.

4.Leave this mixture for about 2 hours.

1.Take 1 potato and 1 cucumber and wash them.

2.Peel off their skins and chop them.

3.Put them in a blender and blend them nicely.

4.Now strain them using a strainer and extract the juice.

5.Soak two cotton eye pads on this juice.

6.Place the soaked cotton eye pads on both the eyes.
